Santhosh’s collection showcased on Day 2 of Fashion Designers Week 2017 was an interesting take on fashion minimalism. The modern woman is making a stylish splash, wherever she goes by opting for tasteful elegance in place of overstated boldness.
While it may be the biggest oxymoron in the fashion world, minimalism is fast making place in the Indian fashion space too. The subtle appearance of naturally white and eternal-in-nature designs of Santhosh’s collection scores high on popularity with the modern Indians who likes to embrace modern values.
Santhosh has worked extensively with Kora fabric in his deisgns for Fashion Designers Week, which included Kora fabric sarees, gowns, bandhgala, sherwanis, kurtas to name a few. Kora fabric with floral print and kalamkari print were the two specialties of his designs, which give a look of a perfect blend of royalty and revelry.
