Nike’s short-film features the Portugese football sensation – Christiano Ronaldo in a very interesting concept where he accidently ends up switching bodies with a young boy in the stands!
This is a very interesting concept as we get to see what it would be like if one of the best players in the world switched bodies with a young aspiring footballer and the mind of a young footballer in the body of a pro footballer to see if he could handle it.
In addition to Christiano Ronaldo there are 16 other professional players featured in this video, including: Raheem Sterling, Joe Hart, Harry Kane, Chris Smalling, John Stones, Ross Barkley, Megan Rapinoe, Ricardo Quaresma, Andre Gomes, Jose Fonte, Cedric Soares, Vieirinha, Raphael Varane, Anthony Martial, Sergi Roberto and Javier Mascherano.
Nike partnered with Wieden & Kennedy on this film to produce the longest short-film Nike Football has ever produced, standing at 5:57 seconds. This film was directed by Ringan Ledwidge, who was also the director of Nike’s 2014 “Winner stays on” film.
This film required 5 days of shooting, but it was seemingly worth it as it stands at over 3.3 million views on Youtube!
